Do you bring your own water and equipment? ▼
Yes — we arrive fully equipped with everything we need. Access to water is helpful but not always essential. Just let us know your situation when booking.
How do I pay? ▼
Cash on site only. We don't accept card payments or online transactions. Have the cash ready when we arrive and you're all set.
How long does each service take? ▼
Quick Wash: ~30 min · Basic Clean: ~45–60 min · Deep Clean: ~75–90 min · Premium Detail: ~2–3 hours. Times vary depending on the size and condition of your vehicle.
What areas do you cover? ▼
We primarily serve Bearsden, Milngavie, Westerton, Anniesland, and surrounding Glasgow West areas. Not sure if we cover you? Send us a message and we'll let you know.
How does the loyalty programme work? ▼
Create a free account and you'll earn stamps automatically. Your very first booking earns 2 stamps — every booking after that earns 1 stamp. Collect 10 stamps and your next wash is completely free.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? ▼
No problem at all. Just email us at drivefreshservicesuk@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp message as soon as possible and we'll sort a new time that works for you.
Can you remove all stains? ▼
We'll do everything we can, but we can't guarantee complete removal of severe, set-in stains or restoration of heavily worn materials. We'll always be upfront about what to expect.
Do I need to be home during the clean? ▼
Not necessarily — as long as we can access the car and you've removed your valuables beforehand. Just let us know the situation in the booking notes and we'll work around you.
